Warranty period Products shipped by Shenzhen Heshan Technology Exploiture CO., LTD. are covered from the date of shipment by a One year (12 months) return-to-base warranty except:
A. Repairs under warranty by free in one year and exchange in three month or offer 1% spare parts without other guarantee.
B. Repairs under warranty Shenzhen Heshan Technology Exploiture CO., LTD.will cover to repair defective products that forward to Rm. 1415, East Block, Aidi Building ,No.5003 Binhe Road,Futian District,Shenzhen,China
The clauses for the after service of hardware products:
1) Our company promises to the customers formally that all the heshan hardware products can be exchanged in three months when appearing the defectives from the day of saling, and free repairing for free in one year
2) Following items don't belong to free exchanging and repairing and the customers should be charged about the materials and the service fee:
(1) Abnormal use or intentional damage;
(2) Put under non-normal situation as wet, water, high acid using for damage;
(3) Damage caused by Lightning strike or non-normal power supply.
3) Exceeding the scheduled time of exchanging products, the consumers should be charged about the new case, packing and the service fee when they need the free repairing for the products. The details please refer to the form of service fee in the place of saling.
4) All the products sent to our place which were turned to not be saled by our company will be untreaded, and the freight charge will be paid by the consumers themselves.
5) Please keep the repairing card and the date label well, or it will belongs to the exceeding the scheduled time. When repairing, the consumers should be charged.
6) When deal with the after service, please try to contact with the local agent and avoid to send the products back to the factory so that avoid the high cost.
